NDT and GPR Services

We have a Non Destructive testing ( NDT ) division specialising in Ground Penetrating Radar ( GPR )

The NDT systems we operate minimise the need to use destructive methods to get the information you need. This leads to lower costs and time savings. NDT has the added advantage of not compromising the integrity of the structure.

The data obtained through non destructive testing can be critical in determining the structural integrity of buildings where no As Built plans are available. The data obtained from our NDT provides designers and engineers with valuable information for a particular structure allowing them to proceed with their project based on our findings.

Trenchless and Shaft Construction

We are a preferred installer of the Humes segmental shaft product. Segmental shaft construction is the latest method to arrive in Australia for the construction of pump stations, deep valve chambers, tunnel launch and reception shafts, water storage tanks as well as access and ventilation shafts in mines. Segmental shaft constructoin was introduced to Australia on the Sydney desalination pipeline project in 2008.

We install and upgrade pipelines using trenchless technology including pipe ramming. Pipe ramming is relatively unknown in Australia. However it is used extensively throughout the United States and Europe to install and upgrade existing infrastructure under roads, rail tracks and other critical infrastructure without having to divert or close the roads or rail.
