Pipe bursting is the least disruptive and often most economical way of increasing the existing capacity of a pipe network.

This method can be used to upsize existing storm, potable, waste water pipelines.

The major advantages are that it is almost completely trench less replacement meaning less disruption to traffic, environment and the community. Also the speed at that existing pipelines can be replaced with larger pipelines is significantly faster than open cut techniques.
